Confirm operations before arranging furniture
A food truck is an independent catering business with its own requirements. Ask the operator about vehicle access, space, power, water if needed and expected serving capacity. A fixed number of trucks or assumed vehicle dimensions is not useful without the menu, guest count and schedule.
Include queues in the layout
Mark serving and waiting areas without blocking entrances, escape routes or vehicle access. Ask whether ordering and collection can be separated. A short shared meal window makes serving capacity especially important; short queues are not guaranteed.
Match seating to the menu
Small portions and meals requiring a knife and fork need different arrangements. Combine suitable surfaces with usable seating and accommodate different mobility needs. Check actual furniture dimensions and suitability for the site.
Agree weather and waste arrangements
Confirm a weather alternative with the venue and catering operator. Decorative parasols are not a severe weather plan. Assign waste, tableware returns, cleaning and wastewater responsibilities. Extra infrastructure requires a separate agreement.
Request equipment with a clear brief
Provide guest numbers, serving times, a site plan, delivery access and rental dates. The rental catalogue shows the actual furniture and décor on offer. Renting equipment does not include the food truck or catering.
Our own rental inventory and prices are listed in the current rental catalogue. Tents, portable toilets, generators, catering and other external services are not automatically included. Confirm additional services, responsibilities and availability with the relevant supplier in advance; only the confirmed quotation is binding.
