Fewer elements, clearer decisions
A restrained design is not about making a room as empty as possible. Choose the furniture, materials and lighting accents that support your event. For a dinner, reception or business meeting in Taunus and Rhine Main, first clarify the agenda and how the space will be used.
Start with the event flow
Mark reception, conversation areas, seating and any presentation space. Agree guest, service and emergency routes with the venue. Furniture needs more than its footprint: allow for chairs being moved and people stopping to talk.
A few clearly defined areas can create a calm layout. Add furniture when it serves a real purpose, such as a surface for drinks at a reception or a seat for a longer discussion.
Limit colours and materials
Choose a manageable combination of finishes and colours. Wood, dark or light table surfaces, metal and textiles can work together when deliberately coordinated. Not every available decorative item needs to be used.
Look at samples in the actual room. Daylight, wall colours and existing furnishings influence the result more than an isolated product photograph.
Test a table arrangement
Set up an example using the proposed furniture. Check that décor, lamps and any tableware leave enough usable space. Agree serving surfaces and access with the caterer; catering and tableware are not automatically included in a furniture arrangement.
Guests should be able to see each other during conversation. The height of greenery, lighting and decorative pieces is as important as their colour.
Use light deliberately
Individual accents can highlight areas but do not replace a review of the room lighting. Agree power connections, equipment and responsibilities with the venue and, where needed, a technical provider. A desired visual effect does not establish a technical service scope.
Move from inspiration to a real selection
Our event styles show design concepts; labelled visualisations are not documentation of completed client events. Explore the equipment offered in the rental catalogue. Our business formats provide a starting point for meetings, panels, networking and dinners.
We agree the actual scope with you. Venue, catering and other services are not automatically included. You can contact us for initial advice even if some details are still undecided.
