Our own rental inventory and prices are listed in the current rental catalogue. Tents, portable toilets, generators, catering and other external services are not automatically included. Confirm additional services, responsibilities and availability with the relevant supplier in advance; only the confirmed quotation is binding.
1. Start Early
Begin planning at least 12 months before the date. Popular venues and vendors are often booked well in advance.
2. Set a Budget
Define a realistic budget and plan a buffer of 10-15%. Unforeseen costs always arise – whether it's a spontaneous upgrade or a weather-related plan change.
3. Choose the Right Venue
The Taunus and Rhine-Main area offers numerous stunning venues – from historic castles to modern event locations. Visit at least three venues before making your decision.
4. Prioritize Your Guest List
The guest list significantly determines budget and venue. First create a wish list, then prioritize into A and B categories.
5. Hire Professional Vendors
From photographer to DJ to caterer – invest in experienced professionals. Recommendations from networks are invaluable.
6. Create a Timeline
A detailed schedule for the wedding day gives all participants confidence. Plan buffer times – nothing ever runs exactly according to plan.
7. Have a Weather Plan B
For outdoor weddings, a Plan B is essential. A tent or indoor alternative should always be ready.
8. Decoration with Concept
Develop a cohesive color concept and decoration theme. Less is often more – focus on quality over quantity.
9. Communication with Guests
Inform your guests in time about all important details: dress code, directions, accommodation options, and the schedule.
10. Enjoy the Day
