An event tent requires technical planning
Our own rental inventory and prices are listed in the current rental catalogue. Tents, portable toilets, generators, catering and other external services are not automatically included. Confirm additional services, responsibilities and availability with the relevant supplier in advance; only the confirmed quotation is binding.
Determine the required area
Guest numbers alone are insufficient. Seating, tables, catering, circulation and stages require space. Give the supplier a floor plan and schedule. Confirm escape routes and permitted occupancy with those responsible.
Inspect the site
Check level ground, load capacity, drainage and permitted anchoring. Underground services or restrictions on ground stakes may require alternatives. Confirm delivery and installation access.
Weather limits and operation
Ask about operating limits, weather monitoring and evacuation. Adding a heater does not automatically make a tent suitable for winter. Heating, ventilation, electricity and fire safety need coordinated professional assessment.
Confirm costs and documentation
Ask whether flooring, walls, transport, setup, dismantling, supervision and required documentation are included. Assign responsibility for permissions and payment in writing. Requirements depend on the particular structure and site.
